They have very systematic process which starts with Aptitude test, which was to be followed by 2 rounds of interview. Aptitude test contains questions on reasoning ability, quantitative analysis, and understanding of English language. They will only contact you if you get selected in the next round of interview. Experience is good. Process is very well managed and systematic.
Applied online, gave an online test, got called for a technical round of interview with the team lead and manager, interview wasn't too difficult, after that I had an HR behavioural round.
Accounts concepts and equity research realated question , current market trends indexes, isin, financial statements, theri relationship, ratios, waso, dilution waso , eps, diluted eps, situations questions, how you tackle monotonous work, what make you join this company??.
The initial round was a conversation with the HR representative. It was a nice experience. This round was conducted by a subject matter expert from the team. The focus was on domain-specific knowledge relevant to the role.
