After you have submitted the application, your CV will be screened, then you would have to work on a written test which will only take you around 30 minutes. If you sucessfully pass the test, then you'll be given the chance to the final interview.

The HR and manager are nice and friendly, also with professionalism.
The recruitment process includes 3 rounds. The first round is the typical HR phone in. The second round is a technical test (markets research and translation). The final round is a 1-hour panel in with HR and Director of the ETF team.
