first. submit resume online and add reference. second, get phone interview from hr. then, get phone interview from tech lead. and then onsite interview with the team - team leads, manager, and team members. no onsite brain teasing questions. reasonable tech and standard questions. third, get on site interview with director and above management persons. last, get the job offer - need to provide financial info, reference names, and other documents, etc.

It was easy dsa questions and few sql and mostly it was calm and composed interview and i got selected later on same day after giving interview later on hr questions were on how you fit what actions u take and all that

I asked the HR contact what type of questions/assessment the interview would consist of, and they said whiteboarding technical problems. The actual interview surprisingly was questions about my experiences instead.
