J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Morningstar (Chicago, IL) en déc. 2019
Entretien
First phase - phone interview, a few technical questions.
Then onsite interview with 5 guys.
First guy was a manager, who described organisation and gave me a task to complete in 1 hour. I read description of that task and my opinion was - "that could be done in a month not in 1 hour, so what you expect as a result from me?" I asked him.
See task in Interview Question Section
"Anything" he replied. So I had an hour to do anything.
Next were 2 developers who expected some code from me. I asked what kind of code did they expect - any code.
Then was a PM who spoke a lot.
Manager said it will take a week for them take make a decision, but i was ghosted by them, and didn't get any feedback.
Overall I think it is a good company but hiring process is so weird.

Video interview followed by phone interview.
The interviewer was very helpful. The hiring process was pretty quick and HR was very responsive. There was a video interview and then a phone interview. The video interview was just a 2 minute video and the phone interview was with a software engineer.
