Very Sought After Job for Initial Entry in the Industry.
About 700-800 Applications are received each drive.
Interview is a basic 4 level process
1) Aptitude : General english, Capital Markets, Financial reporting and Categorization.
2) PI with a manager (more about reporting)
3) 2nd Round of PI with a Sr.Manager
4) Final Hr round
Applied online, gave an online test, got called for a technical round of interview with the team lead and manager, interview wasn't too difficult, after that I had an HR behavioural round.
Accounts concepts and equity research realated question , current market trends indexes, isin, financial statements, theri relationship, ratios, waso, dilution waso , eps, diluted eps, situations questions, how you tackle monotonous work, what make you join this company??.
The initial round was a conversation with the HR representative. It was a nice experience. This round was conducted by a subject matter expert from the team. The focus was on domain-specific knowledge relevant to the role.
