There was an initial phone screening to discuss my background and experience. I was contacted by HR a few days later to schedule an in-person interview.
For the interview, I met with two database administrators, the senior architect, software architect, and head of technology. All had various levels of questions, primarily technical in nature. I didn't think I did so well that day, and left the building 3 hours later feeling as though I would not get an offer. To my splendor, I did receive an offer one week later, and found out from my manager that I actually performed well and stood out from other candidates.
I think the main key of interviewing anywhere is admitting when you do not know the answer and the steps you would take in order to figure it out. People like honesty, and I was forthright with the questions I could not handle and confident in the ones that I could.
