Initial interview was behavioral and didn't touch on technicals, it was done with a director and an analyst that I assume was on the team for the placement. The interview was only 30 minutes so there wasn't a lot of time to get to know one another, especially over Zoom. I wasn't very interested in the role after hearing about their internal tech stack and what they actually expected from the role. They also asked me about my SQL work experience which I found pretty odd outside the technical round and considering that they had my resume, which stated that I was a new grad with experience developing statistical models in Python for research projects.

Two interview, first round is a phone interview with basic behavior question. Second round is more technical, focus on skills. My interview requires SQL and they ask some SQL question.
