Initial phone interview, I was asked if interested in a different role entirely but they would put me forward for both this and the role I applied for. After the initial phone interview, I didn't hear back. I had to reach the company multiple times, again I was pretty much ghosted and went multiple weeks with no updates. I withdrew my interest due to the lack of communication and urgency from the company and their HR department. Really disappointing as I was very interested.
