1 stage interview and it was just a mixture of normal interview questions that would be the same for any recruitment job. The panel members were friendly and ended up being future colleagues

1st was phone screening and i was asked a few questions over the phone in regards to my experience and also why i want to be a recruitment consultant and then Interview , 1 day of Q&A and this was with 4 different manages from different sectors and then 2nd day Desk Trial for the chosen desk.
