It was a three-step process. First, was an initial conversation from a panel of people at Morehead (lasted about 45 minutes). I was then invited to the final round of interviews for an in-person interview. In-between those interviews was a social media assignment for a hypothetical astronomy event. From applying to the offer, the process took a little over a month.
