I was contacted by a recruiter and then got emailed an assignment, to develop a game in Unity with the assets and some basic functionality implemented. You have a week to complete the assignment.

VP R&D interview Technical interview - 2 interviews (team lead + architect) HR interview - don’t think it’s just for the record. The company takes this interview very seriously and dive deep into the candidates background and characteristics. Overall very high quality process!
