I was initially contacted by an external recruiter. After a quick screening Moogsoft contacted me for the first interview with the hiring manager. I then had 1:1 sessions (30 minutes each) with five functional leaders over the next four business days, culminating in a panel presentation the following week. Each conversation was exactly that - conversational. We naturally gravitated toward important topics, but I didn't feel pressure at all, more like they really wanted to know my personally, as well as my capabilities.
