The interview process was one of the best. It was a 3 stage process. A telephone interview with a senior engineer, I was asked about my experience with Java and programming in general, some brief questions about what I covered at uni, my dissertation and what I knew about the company. The second stage consisted of a programming exercise in Java and if they like your solution they invite you to a face-to-face. The face-to-face lasted about 1 hour and was a fairly pleasant experience. We discussed my solution and how I could improve it alongside some technical questions on Java.
