Entretien
The interview process was great. It seemed like their highest priority was evaluating my character as a culture fit to Moog. Throughout the process I felt more connected to the team and could see the genuine appreciation for their employees. They also asked some difficult questions assessing my technical experience.

Entretien
The interview process was very straight forward. Most of my interviews were through the teams app so it was very easy to make time in-between my current work schedule. My recruiter was very helpful.

Entretien
Initial phone screening with HR talent acquisition. Reviewed resume and experience. Phone interview with four product engineering managers. Spoke individually with each manager for half an hour to an hour. Mainly behavioral questions and questions on resume/experience, but one manager asked basic technical questions. Did not have an in-person interview or site tour due to COVID, and I had previously interviewed on-site.
