Usual process - hr interview, several behavioral and technical rounds. Interesting things started after the interview. Once I passed all rounds hr reached out to me with a job offer. I asked for slightly higher compensation and more detailed description of all benefits to compare with other offers. In two days hr contacted me again telling that although position is 100% remote (explicitly told in the description) the compensation is calculated for London area and since I'm located in another city in the UK they would decrease (!) initial offer. After long discussion regarding compensation and relocation (if I could be assigned to London office and work from another place) hr told me that they are only willing to offer initially agreed compensation if I move to London and work 100% from office. This company is the biggest scam, stay away.
