You'll start with an interview with the Manager of the unit recruiting. They'll assess your motivation for the job and provide you with a description of what to expect. If that goes well, you'll move to the Super day. The format varies, but you'll have at least two interviews back to back with people working in the unit you interview for. Each interview last approximately 30 min.

Two interviews for Superday, one behavioral, one technical. For the first interview the lady was very monotone and didn't seem to pay attention to my responses, the technical interview had two interviewers who asked basic finance and accounting questions.

If you could ask the CEO of a startup one question about their plans for investors, what would it be? How familiar are you with CFG? Tell me about a company that you researched and what issues they may be facing in their industry.

One short phone screen with VP, 20 minutes aprox. then super day. 2 interviews of 30 minutes. Stressful? Yes. Why? Because you are meeting with 4 people in one hour.
