The interviewer was very disengaged. They asked me to take them through my career journey, which I did. I wasn't asked anything from my work ex that was relevant to what was advertised for the role. It did seem like they were trying to fix a problem by finding someone who was more of a ppl manager than had any other skills to do the job. This was a video call and it seemed they were busy looking at something on-screen other than making any eye contact (it was minimal) Didn't hear back anything from them and when I followed up, I was told that experience is not at the level at which they are hiring. I found this quite bizarre as my CV was very detailed and if it didn't fit their criteria, they should not have shortlisted it!
