Expect several rounds of interviews, it takes some time to get an agreement to hire people so you will need to go through several layers of management and some colleagues, also for sales you’ll need to show that you understand the company and products by presenting them.

I had my third-round interview at their London office with two interviewers — a gentleman and a lady. The gentleman was perfectly professional, asked relevant questions, and appeared to have no hidden agenda. However, the lady — who would have been my direct manager — had clearly not reviewed my CV (she even asked about the notice period for a role I left three years ago) and proceeded to ask a series of disjointed questions. It felt as though she was more interested in extracting details about my sales approach than conducting a proper interview. At that point, I found it difficult to remain engaged and seriously considered ending the interview early. It was a rather unique experience, to say the least.
