The company was honest in explaining that there is a "revolving door" surrounding this role at the company, and they are only interested in candidates seeking long-term employment (2-3 years) working within a monotonous role with little to no career advancement.

Called for a pre-interview screening. It was not an actual interview. I sent an email back asking about the sponsorship of H1b visa because I am an international student, but no response.

3 part interview - I met with two Assistant Directors in Sales Operations. The third and final interview was with the department head. All interviews went great. I have been working at Moody's for a year and a half and though it gets busy, it is a great place to work. The team is supportive and helpful and will not leave you with a heavy workload and not offer assistance or support.

Had 3 interviews, first with hr then line manager and then another managers. Normal interviews with behavioral questions, it was an average process. Need to read about the company and their culture
