I had a 40-minute telephone interview with one of Monument’s internal recruiters, which I felt went quite well. The recruiter was friendly and took the time to have a genuine conversation about my background and experience. He also shared a lot of helpful information about the company and its operations, which I found impressive. At the end of the call, he explained the next steps and assured me that I would receive feedback regardless of the outcome. Unfortunately, despite following up via email and phone a couple of weeks later, I never received a response.
