Interview process was very thorough. They asked me a range of questions in a panel setting and tested my knowledge of various mental illnesses and explained how difficult the job would be working with mentally ill patients and geriatrics.

Submit application and attend interview when called to schedule. Participate in a one to one interview where a variety of scenario questions were asked. Must take in to consideration the clientele you would be working with.
