There are two virtual interviews, a design question and a coding question. Then a take-home test that can take up to 5 hours of your time. Then interview with another person. The interview process is very unfair to the candidate. You have to spend 5 hours on a test, plus 2 hours interviewing with people before even being considered for an onsite. After submitting my test, it takes them 2 days to send me a generic response. I thanked them and asked if they can give me a feedback about the code, they did not respond. For god's sake, I spent 5 hours on that code, and they did not even spend 5 mins to respond.
