Submitted via website. Phone interview followed by in person interview. The in person interview was with the person I was to work for and lasted approximately 1 hour. I felt the questions were reasonable and appropriate for the position and the information presented has been accurate now that I have the job.

Two interviews with chair of the department. Process took about 3 weeks and then I got an offer. Took almost a month to be on onboarded, which I was allowed to work part time there until I got official HR offer.

Not too difficult, be prepared for group interview. I had about 10 team members asking questions all in one Zoom. But all the team members seem to be kind people
