J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 6 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Monster Energy (Memphis, TN) en mai 2010

The time of my interview the company was still very small but growing rapidly so the interview process was slow at first. The interviewer was very versed in beverage sales so we had a good discussion. Considering the fact that I had only been in beverage sales for a short while I was elated to get the position. The next steps were grueling because it took 6 months to actually start the position. Considering they first had to decide if they were going to open up a position in my area took a while and then the rest of the process was added to that. Never the less, this is a great company to work for and I really don't want to give it up.
It was more of a conversation if you know what you’re talking about. It is recommended to have a deck prepared and a cover letter. It was also conducted via microsoft teams

I had a panel interview in mid-February with the Region Manager (hiring manager), Director of Sales, and the current Field Sales Representative who had just been promoted. This was my first time in a panel where someone who had recently held the position was present, and I found that dynamic a bit uncomfortable. Before wrapping up, I asked a few questions to better understand their communication/follow-up process for applicants. Since I interviewed on a Monday, the hiring manager said I would hear back with a decision by Friday after they completed a few more interviews. They all agreed that if selected, onboarding could take 2–3 months due to internal procedures. As of the second week of April, I haven’t received any follow-up. I understand that hiring can take time and after several weeks of silence, it's clear I likely wasn’t selected— that’s totally okay. A quick follow-up email would’ve gone a long way in closing the loop. Hopefully, this review helps someone else if they’ve experienced a long post-interview silence or felt uncomfortable in a panel setting.
Got a call from someone a part of the field sales management team. From that call I got asked to interview. Attended interview and no one from HR attended. Followed up requesting another interview slot as well as asking what happened. No response…
