I was contacted through LinkedIn and never received communication via email or any other channel. After the initial 30-minute video call, there was a consistent lack of briefing. I was even contacted by a different recruiter who was unaware that I was already being recruited. I had to repeatedly remind the first recruiter about the process and continually asked for clearer information regarding the role and the upcoming interview with the client. After the last stage interview, and not getting the job, there was no further response and minimal feedback provided.

HR contact and initial conversation/interview. Interview with consultant then culture lead. 2 Virtual introductions due to Covid and 1 in person. Not too many technical questions, more so on people skills
