I applied online and was immediately contacted by an internal recruiter who set me up on my first of 8 interviews. These interviews were with folks in Amsterdam, Madrid, and Los Angeles so having to organize times was an issue. I spoke to multiple higher ups (2 MDs, 2 VPs) on several occasions. In the end, the company ghosted me with no feedback or updates. They reposted the job 6 months later, but even after following up about that, they didn't respond.
