Massively unprofessional. They gave an interview slot for which they didn't bother to turn up. No apology, just a resheduled invite. They didn't turn up even the second time and sent an email as an afterthought. Clearly they don't have a modicum of respect for the candidate's time.

Initial screening with HR was straight forward. The HR was friendly and professional. I was asked typical questions about previous employment, salary expectations, etc. HR has complemented my experience by saying that my background is 100% match for the role and he rarely comes across someone like me. The interview ended up a bit ahead of a schedule. The second interview was scheduled quickly. I met two gentlemen of a senior rank. After the introduction I was asked a few questions like ‘What is business strategy?’, ‘How business strategy is different from product strategy?’ and ‘What do I do to define product strategy?’ The questions were straight forward for anyone with experience like myself. I was hurried to provide only the high level answers without specific examples. After the third question the director told me ‘… you are not a good match… I do not want to waste anyones time… good bye…’ and both men just quit the call. This interview lasted 15 minutes. Bottom line is that these interviewers clearly do not like middle-aged Irish women with a professional opinion.
