The interview process was fine, but ultimately they kind of led me on until the very end and the said I was over qualified. The people I chatted with were great so it was an unfortunate experience.

4 interviews total: First with recruiter Second with hiring manager Third with team member Fourth with regional director Event team director may also be possible interviewer. I actually had 5 total because I originally interviewed for an Event Manager position which they thought I wasn’t quite qualified for yet, but they called me back for an Event Coordinator position.
