This company is a joke! It all started in a very professional way from a phone screening with a recruiter (who didn't know much about the job) and another interview with a senior leader which was great! It's been almost a month since my last interview. I tried to follow up a few times, but the recruiter is just ghosting me. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Don't leave people hanging, just be transparent and honest.
