Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn to schedule what should be a conversation regarding an opportunity that seems to have a fit with me. The interview was pretty strange, the interviewer doesn't even seem to be listening what i was responding to, all scripted questions, no true conversation and all that i had listen was text scripts. Seems that due to the fact that i had to reschedule the time that has been proposed i was marked as "not even consider" and follow up this way. Human interaction is needed during an interview these days if you guys are not used to it. Time is something very important to be poorly spent like this.
