Applied for High Tech Acquisition AE role. Heard back within 2 days of applying. Had interview with Recruiter, followed by interview with Hiring Manager. Following that, I took an incredibly thorough, hour-long exam which included basic algebra and arithmetic. I was told I'd hear back within a week. We're going on a month with no response. Overall, insanely disrespectful from Mongo given the time commitment they ask from candidates (for those unaware, the entire process is 6 total interviews + assessment)

Process is 7 steps. It is very challenging and time intensive but very rewarding when you get accepted. The communication throughout was very professional and I knew what each step had in store for me.
