There were a few rounds, all via video after an initial screening with an internal recruiter. They spend time getting to know you but their vetting is intense: they do a historic background check on you given your prior consent. They claim this is a requirement of their process. You also agree to be recorded, if I recall accurately.
Every technical had two interviewers: A lead and someone more junior in the company who is partly being trained by this process.
First round: DSA on LC hard problem
Second round: System Design interview on fairly reasonable problem if prepared for OOD or low-level systems design interview.
Third round: Meeting with lead
Final: Meet with higher up EM
