Interviewed for the Toronto role (Feb-March 2024). Process took 2 weeks. 1) Screen phone call 2) Personality online test 3) Hiring manager interview 4) Cold call/discovery roleplay and/or 5) The Challenge (cold call, discovery, and 'stakeholder' roleplay talking to your AE) I made it to the last stage and unfortunately, I may not have asked the right questions in the roleplays. I prepared a lot throughout the process and it feels quite discouraging to have been rejected. They do call you with the results the day after, and I think if you get the job, you'll hear from the hiring manager. The recruiter called me to bring me the bad news. Overall I would really focus on the discovery, the rest can be chalked up as coachable.
