Cancelled the interview last minute, right before the scheduled time and the next day was told they have filled the position. In my view, this is an unpleasant experience because: 1. this shows no respect to the candidate's time (last minute cancelling is lame) 2. this shows lack of professionalism, if you have healthy pipeline of candidates + already given offer to someone else earlier on, why bother scheduling interviews with new candidates? honestly disappointed because I spent a lot of time preparing + pushing back other interviews to prioritise this

It was a long process. But it was well organized and you can tell they spend time to look for the right fit. Having a referral also goes a long way here, you will still have to go through all the rounds but they think very positively of those who had a referral.
Mostly conversational interviews with one case study and one live SQL test.
