Met a recruiter first and then the regional vp. Everyone was quite nice and they were really transparent on a variety of topics during the interview cycle. This allowed me to realise that the team I would have potentially managed was underperforming and firing some team members and hiring new ones would be a big part of the first year on the job wich ultimately made me pull out of the interview cycle. I felt the transparency levels were nice nevertheless
