Met with the recruiter and then the hiring manager. Got ghosted after that with no email or call from the team. I followed up a couple times to get an update and received no response. Terrible way to treat a candidate, but seems par for the course based on the Glassdoor reviews coming from the sales org at MongoDB. Very telling about how you'd get treated as an actual employee.
