8 interviews including a team presentation and complete silence for over one month afterwards. After several follow-up emails finally a negative generic email. Lack of respect for candidates who spent their energy and time with no feedback on their strengths and weaknesses that can help the candidate for his job hunting. I hope MongoDB has more respect for their own employees ...

Entretien
The interview process was organized and well thought out. Recruiters were eager to work within my schedule and provided a thorough background on each person I interviewed with. I also had a family emergency come up and the team was happy to work around my situation which I greatly appreciated.
