Call with a recruiter who approached me on LinkedIn. Was followed by 2x phone calls with different sales managers. Despite next steps agreed on the call, there was no follow through and everyone just went silent. Was very odd to not get any feedback or a simple yes or no after investing time in these calls and after sending a follow up to ask. Company feels disorganised and a hint of arrogance with a 'we only hire the best' and 'we have the best sales coaching / methodology' often being mentioned.

Process is 7 steps. It is very challenging and time intensive but very rewarding when you get accepted. The communication throughout was very professional and I knew what each step had in store for me.

Went through 6 differen't interviews and then spent 30 hours on the challenge, only to not get the offer on a technicality. In my opinion the process isn't best structured to get the right people.

El proceso consta de 4-5 entrevistas donde debes demostrar tus conocimientos en CoM, MEDDPIC, 3 Why’s, PG strategy. Es importante conocer a alguien que te refiera para tener más probabilidades de entrar, se fijan mucho en tu networking. Perfiles favoritos Ex Oracle, Ex Zendesk
