The interview process was seamless at MongoDB. From the get go the team was informative and engaging. The coordinators were able to change interviews in line with my changing schedule too which was very helpful. The interviews themselves are on a two way street, where they do probe and find out about your motivations etc but also leave a lot of time for you to question them and therefore enable you to make an informed decision if made an offer.

I liked the process as it was very efficient and had a structured approach to covering all the Core Competencies. I was provided timely and constructive Feedback and prompt follow-up actions were followed in quick succession.
