The experience was mixed as it initially went well with both the recruiter & hiring manager but did not hear back after repeated attempts to connect for a response. Process was the following: Initial 20min phone screen with recruiter to verify qualification and alignment Then 45min session with hiring manager for clarity on the job description, company and candidates' qualifications, experiences, problem solving, navigating difficult projects. Then a couple of weeks went by with follow ups with the recruiter & recruiter's manager with no response until after 3 weeks since the 1:1 with the hiring manager. During that time, there seems to be changes to the job posting.
