Well structured online interview. Best format I have experienced. Non confronting questions about your personality, life experience and a few circumstances that you have faced adversity. The style of the interview is far less "formal " than others, definitely a better online interview experience.

To get the job there was a video interview asking standard question, next was a half day assessment centre. 3 Parts to the assessment; introduction about program/networking, group activity & 1-on-1 interview with line manager and HR.
I did not get the job nor did I get any feedback unfortunately.
