Entretien
Was pretty positive and engaging. Spencer (the interviewer) guided me through the companies mission and values. and he explained the compensation structure in detail. He also went over the training program, informing me on what to expect during the initial weeks, he highlighted the support id receive, like practicing with sales scripts and the tools that will help you “succeed”. Very helpful and he’s also great with his words (get my boy a promotion, he’s great)

The process was a phone screening then an online interview. I was asked a few qualifying questions. I was then ask to tell the interviewer about myself and why I wanted to work at the company.

The interview was easy and very well organized! Luis made the whole process simple and explained everything about the job requirements thoroughly. He also answered every question I had without leaving any confusion!
