It was very calm and friendly and Justin made me feel more than welcomed. He gave me all the info I could’ve needed and the few questions I did end up having after wards were answered with ease. Was very friendly/personable compared to other interviews I’ve had and genuinely made me feel excited for the opportunity.

I had a great interview experience with Rez. They were professional, friendly, and made the conversation feel comfortable and engaging. The interview was well-structured, and the role and expectations were explained clearly.
Rez asked thoughtful questions and provided helpful insight into the company and position. Overall, a wonderful experience.
Received a call explaining position, hours and expectations. Where I was later set up for a second round interview. Rez made the whole process very smooth! Excited to now be part of Momentum Solar
I had a great experience throughout the interview process. Rezwana (Rez) was amazing , super helpful, friendly, and very fast-paced. She made the entire process exciting and stress-free, and communication was always clear and timely.
Randi, the interviewer, was also incredible. She was extremely helpful, engaging, and genuinely exciting to talk to. The conversation felt natural and motivating, which made the experience stand out in a very positive way.
Overall, a smooth and enjoyable recruiting experience with an awesome team.
