Initial screening was easy and welcoming. Follow up scheduling for in person interview was a nightmare. I almost abandoned the process due to lack of timely responsiveness and unclear email instructions buried in chains. Had to pay travel expenses out of pocket and I am still waiting for reimbursement 7 weeks later. They just contacted me for routing info when previously I had told them to send a check. They scheduled five interviews after the screening on three separate days wasting my time one interviewer revealed they had an internal candidate in a manner that let me me feel I was a minimum quota check box add on interview Another interviewer resorted to the most basic ”what makes you the best candidate for the job” question and didn’t seem interested in using all of his time for questions--or maybe he just wasn't prepared? If this is indicative of what they would have been like to work for I am glad I am working elsewhere.
