Interview was with a corporate recruiter via a phone call. This Corporate recruiter explained the job details and the benefit information. Next step was with a VP a few days later on site. On-site was a tour of Molina and met the various persons in the department and HR Professional. During the onsite interview discussed some of the job duties and expectations.
