Phone screen and then a face to face interview. Molex is very straight forward on telling you that they have other members in the loop for the role. After a few weeks I got a call back to attend the western region HQ.

Entretien
Very conversational interview, and the behavioral questions were very basic. They gave a lot of insight into the day-to-day life of the company. Overall, It was a positive experience and a very relaxed interview.
Painful, text book like, with multiple interviewers. They all seemed focused on cultural fit versus ability and knowledge to actually do the job in question. They didn't seem all that interested in prior experience.

Entretien
Interview with five members ranging from management to coworkers. Each interview was roughly 30-45 minutes. Some questions were about situations while others asked questions regarding your personality and behavior. Overall it gave you a chance to meet different people at the company and get a feel for the overall company.
