Phone interview with direct report, followed by a meeting at lunch, and lastly a full day onsite interview with a 30min presentation, followed by several 2 and 1 person interviews with potential coworkers and executives. Questions varied depending on the person and how they felt. Everyone was very friendly and just interested in finding a good personality fit for the company.
