I had 3 phone interviews, HR, hiring manager and teammate. All 3 felt very natural and they wanted to know more about me then some scripted interview questions. They discussed that the process would be long and include a mock sales call and then a presentation on my first 90 days. I was very enthusiastic about the position and after a follow up email was told that I was going to move on to the presentation portion and the details would be emailed to me. Needless to say, I was excited to get prepared for this and felt like the company was going to be a great fit for me and my skills. Then came the unfortunate......sent 3 follow up emails to the hiring manager with zero response from someone who had been replying same day. I was perplexed by this sudden "ghosting" because it had not been my experience thus far. Never actually ever heard back and then received a standard HR email about 2 months later. I guess my gut feeling on everything was incorrect. I would not work for a company who handles people like this. They may have a great product, and I hope that is enough
