The Outcome: When I raised concerns regarding the title change and the privacy implications of sharing financial statements, the company ceased communication entirely.
Advice to Management: Streamline the internal alignment on job titles and respect candidate privacy regarding current compensation. Ghosting a candidate after they ask for clarification on these points is unprofessional.
