Started in April 2022. First interviewed by HR, then hiring manager. Also asked to complete assessment. Then interviewed by three senior Finance people based in Switzerland. Cleared all 5 interviews and step. At very last stage in July 2022 interview scheduled with Executive Director International Finance but highly surprised with result which was not in my favour. Only reason provided was my answer on importance of work life balance for good quality of work and life.
